Thank you for your interest inbecoming a seller on Cloud Customs (“Cloud Customs”, “we”, “us”, or“our”). This policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations forall sellers who wish to offer products or services on our Platform.
By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with this Seller Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and any applicable laws or regulations.
1.Eligibility to Sell
To become a Cloud-Customs seller,you must:
- Be a legally registered business entity or authorized representative.
- Provide valid business registration documents, bank account details, and tax identification numbers.
- Offer products or services that align with our platform focus, specifically automotive parts, tools, accessories, or cloud-based automotive services.
We reserve the right to accept ordecline any seller application at our sole discretion.
2.Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you are responsiblefor:
- Listing Accuracy: Ensure all product listings include complete and truthful information such as product specs, condition, pricing, shipping lead times, and images.
- Order Fulfillment: Promptly process, package, and ship orders within the promised timeline.
- Customer Service: Maintain high service standards by responding to buyer queries and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure that your business practices comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property rights, consumer protection laws, and customs/import/export regulations.
3.Product Guidelines
You may only sell products andservices that:
- Are legal and authorized for sale in the countries you serve.
- Do not infringe on any third-party copyrights,trademarks, or patents.
- Meet safety, quality, and performance standards for the automotive sector.
Prohibited items include (but arenot limited to):
- Counterfeit or replica automotive parts.
- Recalled products.
- Hazardous or restricted goods (without proper licensing and labeling).
- Stolen or unauthorized goods.
4.Fees and Commissions
Cloud Customs operates on a tieredcommission model. Sellers agree to pay a percentage 15% of each successful salebased on the product/service category. Additional fees may apply for:
- Sponsored listings or promotional features.
- Subscription to premium seller services (e.g. advanced analytics or fulfillment assistance).
Detailed fee structures will bedisclosed during the seller onboarding process.
5.Payments and Settlements
- Payouts are made on a scheduled basis (e.g., biweekly or monthly) after deducting commissions and applicable fees.
- Sellers must maintain accurate bank account details and are responsible for any associated transfer fees.
- Disputes regarding payouts must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.
6.Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Sellers are required to comply withour Refund Policy and handle returns fairly and transparently. In cases where:
- A product is defective, damaged, or not as described a full refund or replacement must be provided.
- Disputes arise between sellers and buyers Cloud Customs may intervene and mediate according to our platform rules.
Excessive disputes or unresolvedcomplaints may result in penalties or account suspension.
7.Performance Standards
We track seller performance basedon:
- Order accuracy and fulfillment time.
- Customer ratings and feedback.
- Dispute resolution efficiency.
- Return/refund rate.
Sellers who consistently fail tomeet our standards may receive warnings, be temporarily restricted, orpermanently removed from the platform.
8.Intellectual Property
Sellers must respect allintellectual property rights. If we receive a valid takedown notice regardingany of your listings, we may remove the content and suspend your accountpending resolution.
Repeat violations may lead to apermanent ban.
9.Platform Integrity and Misuse
You may not:
- Solicit direct payments outside of Cloud Customs.
- Divert Cloud Customs buyers to external websites or marketplaces.
- Create duplicate or misleading listings.
- Engage in fraud, manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
10.Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend orterminate seller accounts that:
- Breach this Seller Policy or our Terms of Service.
- Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
- Cause reputational damage to Cloud Customs or its users.
11.Changes to This Policy
Cloud Customs may update this policyfrom time to time. Sellers will be notified of material changes. Continued useof the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
